Lina brings with her extensive experience in managing business operations of Fortune 500 companies, has profitably accelerated revenue growth, and led transformational change programs to position businesses for continued success in challenging environments. Following his admission to practice in 2002, Andrew McLean began his legal career with boutique Melbourne firms specialising in corporate and commercial law. He later shifted his focus to commercial litigation, quickly establishing a determined, business-focused reputation and a strong practice built on accessibility, value-for-money, and delivering results.
In 2008, Andrew accepted a role as General Counsel & Head of Legal for a national FMCG company, where for seventeen years he provided comprehensive commercial, franchise, regulatory, property, and construction law advice to the Board of Directors and senior executive team.
Andrew’s experience includes:

He holds an MBA and Master of Leadership from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, winning the Ian Falconer Prize for the best graduate in 2022. This degree qualifies him as a Chartered Secretary. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
