Lina is the General Manager for Constructive Legal Solutions and Business Solutions Hub. Lina holds a bachelor’s degree in business, a major in accounting, an MBA, CPA, and has completed her Entrepreneurship and Innovation training at Stanford University.

Lina brings with her extensive experience in managing business operations of Fortune 500 companies, has profitably accelerated revenue growth, and led transformational change programs to position businesses for continued success in challenging environments. Lina has been instrumental in enabling companies to succeed through their start-up, scale-up, and managing their transformation programs.

Lina is passionate about building, leading and inspiring high-performing teams who consistently deliver beyond expectations to their clients and business partners.

Naveen Raghavan is passionate about employment law and industrial relations and his calm approach and ability to interpret complex matters allows him to achieve real solutions.

He has an extensive generalist background encompassing the areas of employment, civil, criminal, administrative and construction law. Naveen is also committed to social justice issues, having previously volunteered at the Flemington & Kensington Community Legal Centre, Refugee Legal and the Fitzroy Legal Service.

Marie is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer. Marie has an LL.B (Hons) and an LL.M (Corporate & Commercial) and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Marie has strong leadership experience, having worked closely with CEOs, Boards, and stakeholders to provide legal & compliance advice, corporate governance, strategic development & mitigation of organisational risk advice.

She is a hands-on lawyer with experience in commercial contracts, intellectual property law, procurement, information technology, competition and consumer law, insurance, and privacy (including management of big data).

Peter Evans originally trained as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer and then moved in his career through a variety of technical, strategic, operational and governance roles.

He holds an MBA and Master of Leadership from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, winning the Ian Falconer Prize for the best graduate in 2022.  This degree qualifies him as a Chartered Secretary.  He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Tandis Ryan is a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant with an extensive background in Industrial Relations. As an admitted Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Victoria, her significant industry experience allows her to interpret and resolve complex employment law matters. Her career has included roles as an Agreement Assessor and Advisor at the Fair Work Commission, Site Compliance Manager in the construction industry and a Workplace Relations Advisor at NECA. Tandis also brings years of legal experience, having worked in law firms specialising in construction, property, criminal, and wills and estates law.

At Constructive Legal Solutions, Tandis is passionate about providing professional strategic advice and support to businesses across all areas of Industrial Relations. She possesses effective negotiation skills and cultivates excellent relationships with unions and stakeholders. Known for her integrity and dedication, she is highly regarded for her ability to advocate on behalf of clients, resolve workplace disputes and represent clients at hearings. Tandis is known within the industry for her respected reputation and strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
